The following is our ONLINE STORE ONLY policy
We ship USPS Priority Mail on a majority of our products.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. The item must be brand new and unused. There is a 5% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.
* SN Wholesale reserves the right to change the shipping method at our discretion. Some examples are product location, high dollar value (Dollar value is determined by SN Wholesale) orders and weight.
At this time we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
* Non defective return's are accepted within 15 days of purchase for a refund minus the restocking fee. After 15 days we do not accept returns for refunds.
* Please contact us first for any order that is incorrect or defective prior to returning the order to our warehouse.
* If the item is defective we will replace it as long as it is within 7 days from the purchase date. After that we ask you contact the manufacturer.
